FEC Policy

Contributions to Affordable New Jersey PAC are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Affordable New Jersey PAC may accept contributions from individuals, partnerships, and other political committees. We cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals, federal government contractors, or corporations prohibited from donating under federal law.

By contributing, you certify that the following statements are true:

1. This contribution is made from your own personal funds and not provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

2. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

3. You are not a federal contractor.

4. You are at least 18 years old.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Affordable New Jersey PAC may contribute to federal candidates subject to contribution limits.
